My customer is using CD74HC4046A. The schematic is as below.
Pin14 and Pin3 are all 327.68Hz. The target output on Pin4 is 1.6384MHz. But actually the output on Pin 4 cannot be locked and it is always changing.
However, when we adjust Pin14 and Pin3 to 50Hz, the output on Pin4 can be locked to 1.6384MHz. So could you please help analyze it? Thanks.
