The VIH & VIL of TXB0104 is VCCI*0.65&VCCI*0.35,while TXS0104 is VCCI-0.2/0.4 & 0.15 which is not commom.
Why they are different?

Why they are different?
Because these devices are using entirely different architectures; the TXS does not have digital inputs.
