There is no such device in TI's AHC(T) family.

(Two-channel '125 devices are available in the AUC, AUP, and LVC families, but those have different voltage levels.)

Well, LVC is the only one that will not be fried by the 5 V supply.

But "most similar" does not guarantee that it will work; in particular, LVC does not have TTL-compatible input levels.

What are the actual requirements?

Hi Sean,

Do you require the TTL compatible inputs?

We have the SN74LVC2G125 which will work if you don't require TTL inputs. If your input signal is a waveform from 0 to 5V for example, then the LVC2G device will work.

If you require a TTL compatible part, I can only suggest the SN74AHCT1G125 which is a single channel version of the part you are looking for.
