Zhang,

2kV on the sn74HC193 device.

We don't have sufficient information on the CD74HC390 device, but I see 1kV for CD74HC family device( CD74HC30). Would this ESD level be sufficient?

or could you consider using another device like the CD74HC93 device which has 1.5kV ESD.
