SN74AUP1G34: TC7SG34FU(TE85L F)-Toshiba EOL device is the SN74AUP1G34 the best replacement?

Part Number: SN74AUP1G34

e2e,

Toshiba semiconductor will EOL TC7SG34FU(TE85L F) and asked us the best cross for it.

The supply voltage is 1.5V.

 

TI cross reference recommend me SN74AUP1G34DCKR (Cross reference code : Q). Could you please check if this cross is right one?

If so, could you make a comparison table?

    Hi Adam,

    Yes, the SN74AUP1G34 is a good cross for this part. I checked many of the specs and if not the same, it is much better among all the specs.  It really depends on whether the customer has any specific requirements for this buffer. Also note, that their device is not spec'd to operate at 1.5V. It clearly states that operation is only of data retention at 1.5V.

    It is hard to compare specs when all the specs in their datasheet are for the device operation are at or above 1.65V.
