I'm looking for 2 line to 4 line decoder, and found SN74LVC1G139, it's package size and performance could meet my requirement, but it's operating temperature are -40'C ~ 85'C. I need a device that temperature range are -40'C ~ 85'C. Can you please share some recommendations?

My prefered requirments are:
