I beleive that the question will come to the operating temp. this device has been qualified for operation from -40C to 125C.

If lower temp is desired, you could consider using high reliability devices like the shown below:

Customer just would like to know there are any concern for using our components at high altitude or not.

Michiaki-san,

you can use the device for application at high altitudes, there are no specific operating specs for the device operating at high altitudes other than the ambient temperature.
