Is this device suitable for 156.25MHz level shift?

If not, please suggest a suitable device.

A 156.25 MHz square wave corresponds to 312.5 Mbps. This number is larger than 60 Mbps, so it will not work. (And the RC filters are too large a load for the TXB output drivers.)

Are these signals unidirectional or bidirectional? In the latter case, is there a direction control signal?

Hi Kuan,

Yes, as you and Clemens have pointed out, TXB can handle up to 60Mbps. You will have to switch over to DIR controlled translation solution like the SN74AXC4T245( 4 bits) or SN74AXC2T45( 2bits)
