A 156.25 MHz square wave corresponds to 312.5 Mbps. This number is larger than 60 Mbps, so it will not work. (And the RC filters are too large a load for the TXB output drivers.)
Are these signals unidirectional or bidirectional? In the latter case, is there a direction control signal?
and please remove the external pullup and capacitor on either sides. It will violate the input transition rate requirements of the level shifters.
If the signals are unidirectional, you could also consider unidirectional translator buffer like the SN74AUP1T34.
