Dear Sir,

we use TXB0104RUTR as level shifter, but we found some issues during use.

we found some unnormal electrical level in using. Could you tell me the possible reasons?

The load at the outputs is too high. You cannot use pull-up/-down resistors or anything else that draws more than a few microamperes.

Dear sir,

if i access the VCCA or VCCB with the oscilloscope probes ,the waveform will be normal.
