Hi,
I am looking for the logic input pin impedance. The capacitance is given on the spec sheet but there is no resistance.
Is there a resistance to ground? 1Mohm?
Thank you!

The datasheet specifies the worst-case leakage current (II) as 5 µA. At 5 V, that would be 1 MΩ.
Please note that such a current happens only at the most extreme temperatures. Under normal conditions, the input impedance is many orders of magniture higher.
Thank you, Clemens for your valuable inputs as always !
Alberto,
Hope you are doing great.
All the CMOS input pins have very high input impedance as explained by Clemens. It is generally derived from the input leakage current spec listed in the datasheet.
please let know if there is anything else.
Thank you both Clemens and Shreyas, I imagined that was the answer but always good to verify!
Thanks again!
