I'd like to request the PSPICE model for TXS0102 SMBUS/I2C Level Translator.

Hi Toan,

We do not have the PSpice model for this TXS0102 device.

Usually all the model files are listed in the product folders under design and development:

what does it take to make one?

we need PSPICE model to checkout the part performance across voltage and temperature corners..

Hi Toan,

I see that there is a HSPICE model available for the TXS0101. could you use that instead?

At this point we are unable to create a PSpice model for the TXS0102 device due lack of resources.
