SN74LVC1G373: LE pin overshoot

Hi,

My customer found overshoot on LE pin at D pin Low to High.

Please refer the following waveform.

(CH1; LE, CH2; Q pin)

At they change D pin Low to high, and Q pin become low to high. LE pin has overshoot.

Do the device have any problem?

Vcc=5V

D pin is pullup to Vcc with 100kohm.

Hi Muk-san,

Great thanks I received it. It may also help me to see the D input and 5 V Vcc included on the scope shot along with the LE and Q.
