LSF0204D: I2C level shifting from 3.3V to 5V is not working

Hi,

In am using LSF0204D for level shifting the I2C signals from 3.3V to 5V. but I am unable to achieve this. I have the pull up resistors of 300 ohms on SDA and SCK connected to VrefA and VrefB. Enable is connected to the GND.

A quick response on above issue is much helpful.

Please let me know if more information on the hardware connection is required.

300 Ω is likely to be much too small. Try 10 kΩ.

What exactly is wrong with the signals? Do you have an oscilloscope trace?

Hi Harshit,

Yes more info on the connections would be great (schematics and scope shots are ideal). As Clemens stated, 300 ohm may be to small for I2C data rates. The devices that interface with the the LSF0204 may not be able to handle the current.
