Hi,

Iam using SN74HC164 & ISF0204D in my project. Can I use 10K instead of 2.26K. The Input lines to the level translator Is from MCU. The source current of MCU is 8ma. Kindly review the circuit below. Let me know if there is any mistakes.

    Higher values for the pull-up resistors will limit the signal frequency. Check with an oscilloscope if the wave form are still rectangular.

    To shift three unidirectional signals from 3.3 V to 5 V, you could just as well use the SN74AHCT125.
