Hi,
I want an IC part number which works as either differential receiver or buffer.

Dear Clemens,
Thanks for your reply, The voltage levels will be 5V on both sides and speed is at least 2Mbps.

What are the differential voltages? What happens with the second signal when the input is not differential? Does "at least 2 Mbps" mean that the speed can actually be higher?
Adding on to Clemens's questions, by "buffer" do you mean it can drive/transmit differential signals? In that case would the input be single-ended or differential?
Is there a certain differential standard you need to be compatible with? Given the 5 V levels, maybe something like an RS-485 transceiver makes sense?
It might be easier to understand your needs if we start by talking about a specific device. Can you please take a look at THVD1550? Does this part meet your needs? If not, why?
Max
Dear Max,
It has to receive the differential signals mostly RS-485 is okay for me, But I need at least 4 channels in the same IC.
