But SN74LVCH245A is 8 bit, need 4pcs to cover SN74ALVCH32245.

Any other option?

The SN74ABTH32245 has 36 bits and different electrical characteristics. TI does not make any other 32245 device; for a direct replacement, you'd have to look elsewhere.
