Hi,
That is very high current drive. There is typically never a digital signal that needs this much current drive. Can you please explain your use case? There may be an analog part that could help you.
Thanks!

Hii
i just wanted to shift down a 3.3v cmos level to 2.5v cmos level for an fpga , my doubt is whether this ic gonna force current to the positive supply pin or not (in data sheet it was given that +/- 70 ma continuous current from VCC or GND)
Hi,
If you connect two output pins together to add two buffers in parallel, you will be able to get a larger output drive.
I however do not recommend using a logic part in place of a LDO. I recommend you make an E2E post on the LDO forum or use our parametric search tool on ti.com to find the best recommendation for such a part.
Thanks!
