Hi team,

My customer use SN74AHC1G04DCKR device to drive LED. the power supply is 3.3V and output current is 12mA. Could you please help to check the max junction temperature and calculate the power dissipation of the device in this application? Thanks a lot!

    Hi,

    The Max Junction Temp can be found under the ABS Max section of the datasheet and is typically 150C.

    To calculate the maximum power dissipation for a logic device, check out this FAQ.

    I believe you are asking about what will be the power consumption of our part in that application. We have the following FAQ on this topic. There is EXCEL calculator available in the FAQ that you may use.
