    Jonathan,

    we do not have the thermal model for the ACT11374 currently.

    could you consider using the LVC374A(Octal flip flop) device instead which is newer than the ACT device technology and we have the thermal model listed below:

    Note that the LVC doesnt have TTL compatible inputs. Please let us know.
