I am dealing with Buffer IC with Part number SNJ54LVTH162244WD with CFP-WD package.its a military version with MIL-PRF-38535.I would like to know the Theta jc of the package.

Chandru, I requested our packaging engineer to model the data. For some reason this package did not have existing data in the database for Jc.

I will update this post within a couple days.
