CD74HC154: Question about the test circuit

Hi team,

My customer would like to use CD74HC154 device and they want to test following waveform (tr, tf, tPHL...), could you please help provide the test circuit, including power supply, load condition, etc. Thanks a lot!

    The power supply is specified in the Switching Specifications table.

    It appears Harris did not put the actual test circuit in their datasheets, but looking at TI's SN74HC test circuit, they probably omitted it because it's literally just the capacitance already mentioned in the table:

    (I have not been able to find note A anywhere, but it probably says that CL includes any parasitic capacitances.)
