Thank you for the attachment.

I'm good for #1.

About #2, I didn't find description about the acceptable reflow count.

My customer expects it accepts two or more reflow process.

Does it accept multiple reflow?

Hi Itoh,

Page 10 of 1st attachment mentions DSBGA is qualified upto 3 reflow operations 260oC peak.
