Hello Team,

the SN74AUC1G08 can operate as abs. max at 3.6V while the maximum recommended voltage is 2.7V.

I'm not expecting any problem by operating the part by 3.3V continuous.

I think the only drawback would be that none of the datasheet parameter is qualified/tested up to 3.3V but rather 2.7V.

  • Can you confirm it?
  • Do we have alternatives to the SN74AUC1G08 that have datasheet parameters tested up to 3.3V?
