Could you give me comment on following customer request?

Q1. Could you give me data about tPLH and tPHL data over recommended operating temperature range?

Q2. Could you share statistical distribution about tPLH, tPHL, tpd? Those distribution directly influences on gate control circuit in motor drive and they want to estimate such distribution in gate control circuit.

    Hi Takeshi,

    This information is in the data sheet. They should use the min and max values which takes the distribution into account as well so they should be use the min and max values as the limits for the possible tpd variance.

    There are no other curves I can share for this.
