Do you have a SPICE model for the CD4040B?

Hi Robert,

No, Unfortunately we don't have the SPICE models for the CD4K devices.

These were devices inherited with limited information during our Harris Semiconductor acquisition.

Are you operating this at >6V? Since I would suggest consider using the CD74HC4040 instead of this which is optimized for 2- 6V operation.

Unfortunately, there is no Spice model for this either.
