TXS02612: Packaging Question: Two Mechanical Drawings for WQFN?

Hi,

From your datasheet:

Pg 21 and 22 both have mechanical drawings that are different. Which one should I use for the 24-QFN?

Hi Erik,

All packages that TI uses can be found under the following website:

http://www.ti.com/support-packaging/packaging-tools/find-packages.html

The package you're looking for is under the Quad Flat No-Lead package (QFN) section. From there, you will be able to find the RTW package drawing.

Thanks, it appears then that the answer to my question is page 21. Why then is there another (different) RTW drawing on page 22?! See below

So it appears that the blue package diagram actually is the most up to date version of the package drawing, and I've went ahead and submitted this document to get fixed.
