In one of my application, i need to replace SN74LV1T34DCKR device with similar footprint compatible part with lower Vih, preferably <1V.
Do i have some recommendation?

The SN74AUP1T34 is not pin compatible (requires VCC also on pin 1) and does not run above 3.3 V, but has lower switching thresholds.
What voltages are you using? Why is the input signal so low, is it some kind of analog signal (in which case you would need a Schmitt trigger)?
by the way its a 5V CMOS 1 pulse per second timing signal from a source--which is used as a clock reference in my product.
I have used SN74LV1T34DCKR to level shift and buffer to 3.3V CMOS before feeding my CPLD.
This is indeed a slow signal; it requires a Schmitt-trigger input (which would delay the rising edge at the output) or a translator with a lower-voltage input (which cannot be footprint compatible).
