The part is SN74LVTH125PW
The buffer IC is driven by 3.3V, the Iout is 32mA. Can I put two of these buffers in parallel to increase output current for driving 50-ohm load (scope input)?
32mA * 2 buffers = 64mA
64mA * 50 = 3.2V
Any harm in this?

See [FAQ] Can I connect two outputs from a CMOS logic device together directly? and [FAQ] What happens when I connect a logic device's output to a 50 ohm transmission line?
Please note that the SN74LVTH125 itself has a voltage drop of up to 1 V when driving a 32 mA load.
