CD4047&CD4066's ground pin connection

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74LV123A

Hi,TI expert

I'm designing a simple data aquisition system inculing switches within it,CD4067 and CD4066.In my design,CD4067 is used as a mux ,switching mutiple-channel signals to ADC,and CD4066 is used to select gains connecting four feedback resistors. It's part of a PGA amplifying circuit. As we know,we usually try to reduce interferences and noises by keeping the analog supply and ground seperated from the digital power and ground. The two devices mentioned above would pass analog signals and are controlled by a MCU.So,i'm puzzled that how i can manage their power and ground pins, connecting them to digital power and ground,or analog power and reference? And Why?

thanks,

best regards

Adam
