LSF0204: Behavior in the case that both A1 and B1 is HIGH

Part Number: LSF0204

Hi

Please let me know the behavior of LSF0204 in the case that both A1 and B1 is HIGH, when VrefA is 3.3V and VrefB is 5V and the HIGH signal of A1 is 3.3V and the High signal of B1 is 5V.

Now I guess that the internal MOS of LSF204 is OFF then. The gate voltage becomes 3.3V+Vth and the source voltage becomes 3.3V+X(voltage rise by pull-up resistor), so the voltage between the gate and the source is less than Vth. Therefore I think that the MOS is OFF in the case that A1 and B1 is HIGH.

Is my understanding right?
