TXS0108E: A-port pins always high

Hi,

Are the A-port pins supposed to be logic high all the time?

We are using TXS0108E in one of our designs. When the OE is high enabling the translator, we see that the A-port pins are always high. Is this expected?

If not, what may be causing this issue?

Yes, the TXS has internal pull-up resistors, and the pins are supposed to be high unless an external devices forces them low.
