I am trying to find a datasheet on this IC. I have a hundred of them (or so). I would love to know what this is?

    Hello Dean,

      The LTC (Lot Trace Code) on this device 69A4C1T indicates it was manufactured in 1996 Sept.  And from what we were able to find in our records, it is a custom device, specified and manufactured under an NDA.  As such, we are not able to divulge any other information.  I wish I had additional information I could share with you.
