Original details: Parts in question are JANB54LS00W, JANB54LS04W, JANB54LS10 and JANB54LS32. Have these parts ever been radiation tested and or they designed for RAD HARD use? Need documentation for parts use as HCI 2.
Is there any TI radiation test data on TTL parts?
