Could you please provide spice ADS simulation model for the SN54AC00 NAND gate and if the model not available then suggest close alternate model which has spice model.

I had tried with SN74AC00 spice model import in ADS2020, but this model is not compatible with ADS.

Please suggest suitable method to use with ADS software.

    Hi,

    In order to properly simulate the model for the SN74AC00, you'll need to use a program like TINA-TI or PSpice. Unfortunately, we do not support the creation of IBIS models (the kind of model ADS uses) for this family of parts.
