The signals can have any voltage, independent from the two reference voltages. Just use a higher voltage (e.g., 3.3 V) for Vref_B.

Thanks for the comments.

I just want to double-check with you.

The datasheet suggests Vref_B have 1V higher than Vref_A for better signal integrity.

So if my customer wants to use it for 1.2V to 1.8V will be fine, it just doesn't have the best signal performance, right?

Hey Kevin,

The point Clemens was trying to make is that you don't need to have 1.8 V on VrefB, but instead have a higher voltage like 3.3 V to meet the recommended min spec. You can still pull the output up to 1.2 V.
