This is Akshay from Flex India.                                                                                          

We are currently working with one of our manufacturing plant to collect ESD(Electrostatic discharge) information.

please provide remaining information.

    Hi Akshay,

    Thanks for the inquiry. The CSD58873Q3D is a custom part number. The commercial part number is CSD87330Q3D. This device passes 200V HBM & 1000V CDM. TI does not do MM ESD testing of our FETs and power blocks.

    I checked the database - since these are 15-20 year old parts, the only information available is for the following part:

    • 74CBTLV1G125DBVRG4  =>  HBM: 1500V (CDM was not all performed at the time the devices was released..1999)
