SN54ABT541: Alternative with higher Voh

We are using a SN54ABT541BPWRE4 as a 5V device and have discovered that the Voh is rather low (3v min).  We are seeing about 3.6V when we load with around 100K resistor.  The output is too low for comfort.  Are there any parts available that have a higher Vol (with 5Vcc).  I’m looking for something with a Vol min of 3.5v when powered by 5v.  The kicker is it has to have all of the same features and be a drop in replacement.  Let me know if there is anything available.

 

I've seen the SN54AHC541 but the key feature that we are looking for is high impedance state during power up and power down.  If the datasheet doesn’t specifically call out power up/down behavior, it may be a tough sell.

    The ABT family is designed to have TTL-compatible voltage levels at both inputs and outputs.

    The SN54AHC541 datasheet says in section 8.1:

    To ensure the high-impedance state during power up or power down, OE should be tied to VCC through a pullup resistor.

    If the high level of the input signals is not near 5 V, you need to use the SN54AHCT541 instead.
