I am hoping that you could shed some light on the following questions regarding the CD74HC4538.

Does the “K FACTOR” has an effect on the threshold τ?
The datasheet has no mention of K factor anywhere but the graphs on page 9. What is the “K FACTOR” referring to?
For figure 10, what the labels were for all 4 lines since there only 3 labels given to the lines on this figure.

As for figure 10, I'm not sure what the intended labeling should. Unfortunately, there really is no way of knowing since this device was acquired from Harris and it was developed a few decades ago.
