My customer is designing their board using SN74LS04NS.
They observed some undershoot at the output as follows.
They replaced SN74LS04NS by SN74LS14NS, then the undershoot at the output was reduced as follows.
Does SN74LS14NS has smaller output undershoot than SN74LS04NS?
Or they should be the same and what my customer is observing is just device process variation?
