For Harris logic devices, "3A" indicates MIL-PRF-38535 qualification; see page 6 of ti.com/pdfs/hirel/hirel_product_nomenclature.pdf.

Thank you for sharing the products nomenclature. If "3A" in CD54HCT74F3A indicates MIL-PRF-38535 qualification, what is the difference with CD54HCT74F?

The CD54HCT74F without "3A" is not MIL-PRF-38535 qualified.
