Thanks for supporting me on this subject. U11(MaxV) is from Intel IBIS model, but not related to the bug. 74LS623 model is from Tina, not downloaded from any website. Look at the following results, VM4 should have the same output as VM1, since both circuits only differs by 1 0ohm resistor. Could you attach your model for the SN74LS623? I can't seem to find it in TINA-TI. Also, could you attach a screenshot of your circuit? I'm able to download the file, it just doesn't open in TINA.

Thanks for the prompt response, Chad. You should be able to find 74LS623 if you're using latest Tina V12. From "Tools"->"Find Comonent", type "623" to search. You'll get a list of components. Scroll down and you can see "SN74LS623". And you should be able to open .TSC file as long as your Tina is up to date. I didn't add any password.

I have uploaded my screen shot at last message. However, It didn't show up and could be due to my company policy. So your email could help me to send you the files. Or you can tell me your FTP site, then I can upload files to you.

The DesignSoft/TINA team is very helpful and this is the most direct way for TINA support.  Please advise by Reply when the issue has been resolved.
