SN74LVC2T45: Why are the power sequencing recommendations for this part are different from SN74LVC1T45?

It appears that both datasheets have been revised in 2017 and the power sequencing requirements have been deleted for the SN74LVC1T45 part but not for the SN74LVC2T45. This is confusing. Do I need to worry about which power supply comes up first for any devices in this family? Thanks.

    Hi,

    There are no power sequencing requirements for the device to be followed, but only recommendations which can be altered according to the system needs. Since this device has Ioff protection, you do not need to worry about which supply comes up first.
