I am looking for dual input AND gate with supply voltage of 3.3V & VIH (max) = 1.6V. As this criteria couldn’t be met with regular AND gates available in TI portfolio, I found a dual Schmitt trigger buffer part “SN74LVC2G17”. But only concern with this part is that it doesn’t seem to have open drain outputs for us to implement NAND function.

Need AND gate with 1.6V VIH .

At 3.3 V, the V_IH of the SN74LVC2G17 is 2.0 V.

You need to use the SN74AUP1T08, and add a separate open-drain buffer like the SN74LVC1G07.
