LSF0204: Pull-up resistor calculation

Hi, 

I'm trying to use the LSF0204 on my card that will be plugged into a backplane. On the backplane side, there is 2.2kohm pull up resistor on the signal, should I take into account this resistor value when calculating the pull up for the LSF0204 on my side?
