Hi TI E2E Community,
I want to know the difference between JM38510/65604BRA & SNJ54HC574J :
In "Nomenclature and Process Flows Document of TI" mentioned that JM38510/65604BRA is electrically tested to the JAN slash sheet and SNJ54HC574J electrically tested to the TI datasheet.
What is the differences between these electrical tests?
