I have a requirement of 4 channel individual enable tri state non-invertering Buffer IC working with 5V supply and able to sink 50mA(each channel) current when output is low. Can you suggest any part for the same.

74xx125 is four buffers with active-low enables, 74xx126, active-high.

The SN74ABT125 can sink up to 64 mA. Its output high voltage is TTL compatible, i.e., 3.4 V or less.

Hii

Output 3.4V will be to low for my application. I want to replace the DS75451M with buffer for my application as this part showing absolute in the website. If output is 3.4V ther may be chance of led will be turned on even the buffer is high. This inputs are given to PWM. Can you suggest equivalent part for DS75451M. Also the temp. garde should not be less than 85degC

If you can invert your input signals, use a low-side driver like the TPL7407LA.

Otherwise, use a buffer with open-drain/open-collector outputs, like the SN74BCT760.

Hii

SN74BCT760 is 70degC. Can I know the temp grade equal to or more than 85degC. Also availability of the part.
