Is the below circled propagation delay time normal when VCCA=1.5V and VCCA=1.8V ? Especially 1.6ns and 2.1ns, it looks like abnormal. Please confirm.
1、tPLH:
when VCCA=1.5±0.1 VCCB=2.5±0.2，A to B，the max propagation delay time is 10ns
when VCCA=1.8±0.15 VCCB=2.5±0.2 ，A to B ，the max propagation delay time is 2.1ns
when VCCA=2.5±0.2 VCCB=2.5±0.2,A to B，the max propagation delay time is 5.2ns
2、tPLH:
when VCCA=1.5±0.1 VCCB=2.5±0.2 ，B to A , the max propagation delay time is 1.6ns
在VCCA=1.8±0.15 VCCB=2.5±0.2 ，B to A，the max propagation delay time is 5ns
在VCCA=2.5±0.2 VCCB=2.5±0.2，B to A ，the max propagation delay time is 3.5ns
