SN74LVC1G97: Spice model for the whole LVC1G family

Part Number: SN74LVC1G97
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74LVC1G175, SN74LVC1G74, SN74LVC1G57,

Where can I get TINA compatible Spice model for the LVC1G family? In particular I'm using the 7474 flip-flop, and the 57 and 97 gates.
I've downloaded "pspice_models" and "tina_ti_spice_models", the latter has quite a few of the 1G series but the ones I want are not in there.

thanks for the help
Tim

  • Hi Tim,

What parts in particular are you looking to download models for? Unfortunately, we don't have a central file to download with all of the 1G devices.

    Thanks!

  • Hi Chad, thanks for coming back to me...

As I said in the post I'm using the 7474 flip-flop, and the 57 and 97 gates. I could use any flip-flop rising edge with a Clear pin,
    - so either a SN74LVC1G74 or SN74LVC1G175 (DBV/DCK) and maybe the 2G version SN74LVC2G74DCU

Also the SN74LVC1G57DBV Configurable Multiple-Function Gate, also the SN74LVC1G1G97 if my design turns out to need a 2:1 MUX.

    every blessing
    Tim

  • Hi Tim,

Some background: Almost all of PSpice models available on the web currently were automatically generated. So any that weren't will have to be manually created by me.

If you'd like, I can get started on creating the models for the SN74LVC1G57, SN74LVC1G97, and the SN74LVC1G74; however, it might take me close to a month to get all of these ready for you.

    Thanks!

  • Oh dear, I'd like to get my PCB wrapped up in a week or two.....I'll have to trust the logic simulation using the 74xx series gates, it's a bit messy though for the Configurable Multiple-Function Gates, having to add in extra inverters, mine is not a high speed appliaction.

I'm sure you'll have other important stuff to do meanwhile.

    every blessing Chad
