I need clarification regarding CD40109B for following setting

Vcc=3.3V

ABCD= VIh 3.3V

Vdd= 15V

Enable=3.3V

Please confirm level shifting possible from 3.3V to 15V

This will work.

All values are correct according to the datasheet. Why do you have doubts?

Thanks for the confirmation.

However this doubt I got because in the datasheet for only Vdd 3V-18V recommend operating voltage mentioned. For VIL max and VIH min range for my setting also not mentioned. Datasheet shows value for Vcc 5V/10V and corresponding VIL, VIH.

Both V_CC and V_DD are inside the recommended operating conditions.

V_IL and V_IH are not specified for 3.3 V, but signals near 0 V or 3.3 V are certain to be OK.
