1. if the cpu is not open drain, A side need pull high?

2. Need to follow table.3 for P3V3 side pull high resistor?

    Hello,

    (1) No, a pull-up resistor is not required on the CPU side in this case.

    (2) The table includes suggested values - these are not requirements.

    (3) The 3.3V side pull-up resistor will depend on 2 factors - parasitic capacitance and desired maximum data rate. There is detailed information available in this video:
